You don’t owe anyone a justification, it’s with all of us in mind that Gemma makes videos from both ranges of cosmetics. I started off high end and ended up drug store thanks to her opening my eyes. I don’t want to spend a lot of money anymore unless something is special for me and it doesn’t happen often. Just enjoy yourself. It’s only makeup. 💕

There’s another great dupe for the Chanel bronzer also by Collection, called the Collection cream bronzer. Same amount of 30 grams, it even has the swirl. £8.99

I have seen a KZfaq say that Avene make cream powder foundations and the darker shade can be used as a bronzer and is a dupe for Chanel cream bronzer, only is less orange in hue.

Have you not tried the Revolution glow wand things… can’t remember the actual name! I love the pink shade and the tube also twists like the CT ones do. Well worth a go they’re beautiful and glowy even on mature skin like mine!

Gemma, I always love your dupes videos. This time I tried finding the Chanel les beiges medium bronzer in the regular size and it is not to be found. However, it is available in the travel size for $40…which is half the size of the $50 regular size. Darn it!

Wow! I prefer the dupe side also! I had heard that the elf blush wands were patchy on application so never tried them I do enjoy my CT ones. I’ll have to try the elf ones. A great cream bronzer (but I’m really sensitive to even light fragrance so I can’t wear it although it is fabulous! It is the revolution cream bronzer. Similar to the Saie cream bronzer more than the CT bronzer.

I had a look at the collection dupes and noticed they are duping Chanel Cream Bronzer, Elf Putty Primer Original, CT Flawless Filter / Elf Halo Glow & CT Blush Wands / ELF Halo Glow Blush Wands. Really keen to see more of this brand. I have tried their Fenty Matchstick dupes, specifically the contour shade. I believe it wasn’t as pigmented as mentioned but perfectly useable product for the price.

Must say you are right, I preferred the dupe side but couldn't put my finger on why for a while, it looks like you're flushed from a morning walk with incredible skin, the higher end side is slightly redder at the top of your cheeks and looks nice but makeup nice. That's how I feel anyway. I love these dupe video's, I have saved a fortune buying the dupes instead of the real dear price. Xx 😚 🤗 🥰

I could immediately say that your right side was luxury make-up vs your left side. To me it looked much better, more subtle if you wish... However, having said that I am all for saving money since the difference was not that huge. Thanks for the video!

Last year I bought a lipstick from Charlotte Tilbury which is called Dance Floor Princess. Cost around £27. It really is lovely. However I came across a lipstick from Primark which is just as good, the same colour and texture. £1.99. No more Charlotte Tilbury for me.😊

I have recently purchased the rebolution lip cream...in shade caramel. I too like it. My Chanel bronzer cream still has the swirl detail too..LOL and l agree..it has a strange texture. My complaint about each product l have mentioned is that the lip cream has a scent of plastic cinnamon and the bronzer has a noticeable orange hue. Thankyou for your dupe video. I find them good to watch.

I had them backwards.I thought the right side of your face was the dupe; left side high end because the left side looked slightly better. However, I do feel somewhat relieved that the Collection dupe for my Gucci blush is not available in the US. It's not. But elf certainly is and I am inspired to try their primer. Great video.

I definitely thought the dupe side was the luxury side. It looks really expensive! I would love it if you would do a skincare ‘very similar’ video. I do get that high end skin care tends to use more actives and probably has more research behind it, but there are some very good affordable skincare products available too. For example, I love the Medik8 Hydr8 B5 intense - it is packed with fabulous ingredients but it is pretty expensive. I’ve found that The Ordinary Amino Acids with B5 gives similar results for a fraction of the price. It doesn’t have all the active ingredients that the Medik8 has but it’s still gives lovely hydrating results. So maybe you could do a ‘not the same but similar’ video. 🙏 Your hair is looking fab btw. ☺️

I also do skincare dupes when I find them. There are some amazing drugstore skincare options available. You don’t need to spend a lot of money at all x

The original e.l.f poreless primer, the one that's supposed to be a dupe for Benefit's, clogged my pores and caused me breakouts. One single application of this and breakouts ensued the next day. Then I tried the Benefit one too, and had the same outcome. These days my primer is just a light moisturiser.

Love your videos HOWEVER here in Australia, it’s sooo depressing as we cannot buy elf halo glow or the new liquid putty primer yet. We also can’t buy the “Collection” brand! But we’re able to purchase all the expensive brands at almost twice the price compared to 🤷‍♀️ anywhere else in the world frankly!! This is frustrating enough for me to question why do I even bother to watch any of the MUA channels?

I’ve never understood the hype with the Tatcha Silk Canvas. I had a bottle of it, and didn’t see anything special about it whatsoever. All the reviews I’ve seen with the Elf Liquid primer their skin looks so amazing and very airbrushed! I can definitely see a difference when people use the Elf primer. I have to get my hands on some

Clarins have really nice whipped lip products in beautiful colours, cheaper than CT though definitely not low end price wise. However, better than CT.
