2 to 4 filets of yellowtail snapper or the fish of your choice
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of flour
Salt to taste
1 stick of butter
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 tablespoon of parsley
Coconut oil to pan fry the fish
How to prepare:
Start by washing the fish, then pat dry with paper towel. Season the fish with paprika, salt and pepper on both sides. Coat the fish with flour. In a skillet, add the coconut oil and pan fry the fish on each side for 1 to 2 minutes depending on the thickness of your fish. Set aside.
Melt the butter. Add the crushed garlic and wait until the butter is golden brown. Now add the parsley and lemon juice. Pour the butter lemon sauce on top of your fish and enjoy!

Pargo de Cauda
Amarela Frito
2 a 4 filés de pargo de cauda amarela ou o peixe de sua preferência
1 colher de chá de páprica defumada
1/2 colher de chá de pimenta-do-reino
2 colheres de farinha de trigo
Sal a gosto
1 tablete de manteiga
2 dentes de alho amassados
1 colher de salsinha
Óleo de coco para fritar o peixe
Como preparar:
Comece lavando o peixe, e depois seque com papel toalha. Tempere o peixe com a páprica, o sal e a pimenta-do-reino dos dois lados. Cubra o peixe com farinha. Em uma frigideira, adicione o óleo de coco e frite o peixe de cada lado por 1 a 2 minutos, dependendo da espessura do seu peixe. Reserve.
Derreta a manteiga. Adicione o alho amassado e espere até que a manteiga fique dourada. Agora acrescente a salsinha e o suco de limão. Despeje o molho de limão e manteiga por cima do peixe e bom apetite!
