I like traditional pancakes with lemon. Have you ever heard of Staffordshire oatcakes? You would love them. They are savoury. We have them with melted cheese under the grill and bacon/ sausage rolled up. If you are ever down this way you'll have to check them out!

We prefer American style pancakes we have friends in Ohio we swop a box every Christmas there is always a box of mix and maple syrup in it every year lol
