Fluffy and delicious rye pancakes with onions, a proven recipe for salty pancakes with yeast. The pancakes rise well and remain soft after cooling. Be sure to cook! I recommend serving with sour cream.

230 g rye flour
350 ml milk
10 g dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil + oil for frying pancakes
1 large bunch of green onions

add 350 ml lukewarm milk
mix
cover and leave for 30 minutes
add 2 eggs
1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp vegetable oil
mix
a bunch of green onions, finely chopped
and add to the dough
cover and leave for 1 hour
fry in a heated frying pan
on both sides
serve with sour cream
