This cut seems to be just Dave being racist toward white people. Always thought Dave is funny but tbh, kinda actually racist! Every interview I've seen with him speaking from his heart I don't see real hatred, but he def is the #1 BLACK comedian for black people. His content makes whites actually uncomfortable. If things were equal, Dave would have been removed from the popular eye a long time ago because of things he's said. In actuality, his type of comedy is the only thing that brings reasonable people of different colors together with laughter. It's actually okay to SAY something offensive or to bring up stereotypes in a joke. It only crosses the line when it causes separations.. The responsible parties are the ones that react to what's said. So IF something bad happens due to a group being offended by words, it's said parties account if things get crazy. With that logic, the one that cast the first stone is the guilty party. That's logic.
