Pandamaran 158 封肉+肉骨茶,位于班达马兰新村, 已有20几年历史。这里招牌福建封肉,甘香软嫩,需要经过数小时焖煮。还有猪脚筋,更是必点,焖得入味,够软,让你一吃回味无穷!除了芋头饭,这里也可以吃碱水糕配卤汁。碱水糕q弹嫩滑,配上咸香卤汁,恰到好处!这里也有干和汤汁肉骨茶。
此外,还有鸡蛋灌肠, 配上开胃的胡椒汤,非常解腻!
158 Hong Ba, located at Pandamaran New Village, is a restaurant specialized in Hong Bak, which is a type of stewed meat. The stew process can take up to 3 hours for the pork trotters. You can also opt for bak kut teh, which comes in soup or dry form. Other specialty is the egg-filled intestines, cooked in pepper soup, which not only appetising, but also cut the greasinesss.

@@Nick_catman hello nick and glamorous assistant .. as you know ipoh has loads of food to try out but, there is one which stand out and it has a low profile . Restoran Weng seng on jalan dato onn jaafar .it's signature dish is a hot pot dish created by somebody in Macao ..the food is good and they are only open in the evening . I really do hope my recommendation stands out . Please drive safely , stay healthy and keep smiling 😊

豬手燉到軟腍腍好吸引. 豬筋喺香港就無機會食到了, 下次來大馬希望可以食到呢道充滿骨膠原的食物, 食完皮膚都會彈d😊. 碱水糕我都係未見過, 上網查一查, 原來是褔建人的傳統糕點.

Aloha! The food looks good especially the pork tendons, pork trotters, and pork knuckles. They are really high cholesterol. I must say I should not be eating it often but my doctor is not here with me. Time to chow down the delicious food. Thank you for sharing.

古人苏东坡说:吃卤猪脚比卤猪手更加好味道。我个人🉑以一个人吃完猪脚(封)肉,(封)是因为福建人没有福建语文字!苏东坡被皇帝贬到海南岛的时候,经常自己卤猪肉和猪脚吃,太寂寞了所以成为卤肉专家,从前一隻猪脚须要卤上三、四个小时。😂😂😂唉!一个人吃卤猪脚对着月亮🌚!水调歌头就随兴而发了。眼前就是圆月当头,他却说:明月几时有?因为他口中的那颗明月是指贬他的宋朝皇帝!喝酒吃着卤肉却问(包)青天、今夕是何年?因为皇帝经常换年节令,日本唯一仍然保留着这种(令)的传统文化。给你示题,我小的时候吃班达马兰的肉骨茶是一点都不辣,是药材和甜香味,一点也不咸。新加坡的肉骨茶胡椒调味到辣🉐劲爆!苏东坡的人🈶悲欢离合,月🈶阴晴圆缺,这是天上的月亮,此事古难全。但愿人长久千里共婵娟,这一颗婵娟(月)亮是苏东坡自己。人活在苦闷的日子里不🉐志,😂😂😂仍然🉑以吃卤肉配酒!然后写出了千古绝唱半阙(水调歌),因为没有下半阙词,所以被称作水调歌头,🈶头没尾。🤣🤣🤣
