*I FORGOT TO MENTION IN THE VIDEO - after you make your batter, it's best to refrigerate it for 30mins-1hr before making it into waffles. It helps it set and thicken up a little.*
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp pandan extract (www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...)
-1 cup cake flour
- 1 1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
*Recipe makes approximately 10 4-inch diameter waffles for me.
