today we are making pandan waffles
And here are the ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup tapioca starch
2 tbsp cornstarch
3 tsp baking powder
For the wet ingredients:
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
200ml pandan juice
200ml coconut cream or coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp pandan extract flavor
2 tbsp unsalted butter
for the pandan juice I used 6 leaves of pandan and pour water in to blend
and adding 2 tbsp cornstarch to waffle
Make the waffles crunchy and better texture
Pandan waffles very good snack for adults and kids ,
