I'm addicted to the pointe shoe fitting videos and I'm not even in ballet. I would love to see more!

Personally, I love info about the foot and shoe, but listening to dancers' experiences is also very interesting :)

I love both formats personally. I do think there is a lot of knowledge and it provides a great service to the community of dancers to understand how you do your fittings when you have only one person in to help them. However, this style seeing many feet and in real-time like this can be beneficial as well. I generally feel that your channel has probably helped dancers the world over have better-fitting shoes and be more confident in their fittings. .

I really like it when you talk about the reasons why you pick a certain model from the hundreds of different options. I would love it if you could do a video talking about the different foot shapes and how that translates into choice of shoe.

It's nice to see this format - but I enjoy the other videos, too! I like learning which vamps and shanks might work for different bodies,but I also like hearing dancer's stories. You did a couple of videos on dancer wellness that I liked, and your funny videos with Biscuit Ballerina and the Wish shoe demo... it's all enjoyable. I can't go on pointe myself, but I enjoy doing it vicariously through your videos!

Definitely here for two videos a week. I really enjoy the actual fitting videos as nothing illustrates how point shoes shoes work quite like the interaction between fitter and foot. But the sit down vids are also charming.

I love the pointe shoe fittings! Please keep uploading them. It’s so interesting to see you evaluate the students before fitting them, and how you resolve their issues. Although, my favorite fitting blog is you & Kathryn Morgan, who is awesome.

I love both formats but my fav are the videos with pros going through what they do to break in their shoes. :) I look forward to these videos every week!

I prefer the "old" format, with pointe shoe fittings, but I have enjoyed some of the "new" videos as well.

I love the first pair of pointe shoes videos and would love to see more of those soon. I would love a video on how to know if you shoes are dead. I know it’s different for everyone, but I think when you’re getting stronger and changing every month, it’s really hard to know what is you and what is the shoes. I also think I have been in soft shoes and hard shoes and can work with both, so I think I’d more of a box breaker than a shank breaker, but again a video talking about the different places your shoes can die would be so helpful! Also are you able to order shoes in all the new brown shades that the brands are starting to offer? I think Grishko, Freed, Russian Point, and So Danca have all came out with new shades.

Love this format because you get to see more types of shoes and dancers. It is also nice to see the old dead shoes for reference and hear your comments.

I prefer the old format but tbh whatever works for you is best! A good afternoon for me is watching you fit a couple people and then watching that old “Making of” Freemans. If this were 20 years ago and I knew then what I know now, I’d have sought an apprenticeship. My hand would still be crippled by repetitive motion injury but it totally would have been worth it. The whole thing, from bare foot to worked foot in the perfect pointe shoe is endlessly fascinating to me. 🤷‍♀️

I agree so much with growing out of shoes before breaking them. My already fluffy and voluptuous feet are now meatier and even though my 2007s aren’t dead, I can’t wear them anymore as is. They pull me back in such an extreme way it’s kind of amazing they ever fit. My teacher cut half the shank out to use at barre and that helped, but I’m thinking of tossing them entirely.

I like the older format where we see the process of how you choose a shoe although the newer interview style videos are neat too, they don't focus much on the shoe. I'd also love to see more of how some pro's prep their shoes and reviews of specific shoe models.

I love these types of videos as it feels more like a glimpse in the day. I have zero ballet experience (though naturally stand in third....) so its really cool to see behind the veil of one of the most important tools in a ballet performance

I've started watching the Pointe Shop videos and have become addicted to them! I really enjoy the 'hard-core' shoe-fitting vlogs - I find them so informative and helpful, especially for learning about pointe work and what's required, and then watching/analyzing dancers. Hope you continue more of them.

I prefer the format where you explain your decisions for a shoe because even though I get fitted professionally, your videos help me be able to not be completely dependant of the fitter, as I now understand better what to look for and I am more and more confident with my knowledge of pointe shoes which is thanks to you. I have had terrible fittings in the past with certain fitters and because I know more what I am doing, I can now tell if the fitter actually knows what they are doing, if the fitter should be trusted or not. Knowledge is important.

Love the fitting process videos. I really enjoy when you show how you talk to the dancer about their history and issues and how you explain what your thought process and problem solving strategies are. But I also like the more planned videos as well. Interestingly enough, I did ballet from 4 to about 12, and I was told my feet and toe shape would be very problematic en pointe. I was already starting to concentrate on other activities (sports), so it was kind of a logical conclusion to stop then and thankfully not an upsetting one, but I'm now kind of fascinated with these fittings! Haha

I like this format a lot, although I do wish I could have seen the fitting process a bit more in depth, but i guess that's what the lther videos are for :) Really liked seeing the variety of dancers and individual needs, and what solid advice you give like how to handle needing 2 different foot strengths or the tendon issue. Good amd enjoyable video, thank you for uploading.

I really like the regular point shoe fittings like this, which is weird as I’m old, fat, and couldn’t dance if my life depended on it. I love watching ballet though.

I like this format best but thats because I am in dance medicine and observing the feet and their positions in the shoe fitting is great for visual practice. But the experiences are cool too

Since unfortunately my school is not following guidelines I don't feel safe going back and have had to really take charge of my own exercise regimen. This is tricky as my house doesn't really have any open spaces. So I mainly do pilates on the bed and barre point exercises. Shockingly I'm seeing some results that I was not getting from just taking classes!

I enjoy both formats equally.
