ingredients:-
.300 gm paneer
1 chop Onion
1/2 green capsicum
1/2 red yellow capsicum
1 tbsp garlic chop
1 tsp chop ginger
1 tbsp oil
.700 ml oil for frying
3 tsp full Corn flour
1 tsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp chilli paste/chilli sauce
1.5 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
1/2 tsp white vinegar
salt taste
1/2 tsp aromate powder

Main b pahle THE GRAND new delhi main trainee tha.. Bahut gali dete the combi 3 vale kuch b pucho to gali deke bhaga dete the.. Aur sikhne nhi dete the.. Unko darr tha kahi mujhe replace n kar de.. Lekin aapke recipes dekhkar man bahut khus ho jata hai... Ab main chef ki job 3 saal pahle hi quit kar diya.. Lekin aapki recipes dekhte dil garden ho jata hai...
