The CB position is so obvious, that for me waiting is not a good approach - it is sloppy. CBs need time to fit into a team and you'd think pre season is perfect for that, no?

And agree a steady approach is needed BUT we have lost some senior players on free transfers and so do need some signings to replace them at least… and it’s frustrating that players who have supposedly been linked with us are going to rivals…. The fact we are in the minority of clubs not doing deals says others around us are improving already

The squad is mostly covered quite well in most positions, but imo we need a right winger (Bakayoko?) a dm(idk who, but i personally think that we should splash the cash on a player that is no doubt better than Endo. Especially if we go for a double pivot) a left footed cb(Calafiori is slipping, so maybe Colwill?) perhaps a new lb(Ayt-Nouïri?) Also maybe sign someone like McCarthy to take up Adrians position. Sell Kelleher and keep Jaros.

Its a bit late movement transfer, but since its a new era of the head coach, this late movement is wise choice consider players who can fit the system or not. I feel August is the time when new players will come.

Why would any top player come to Liverpool now Klopp's gone? We don't pay high wages unless you're Mo, our best players have long gone or are getting old, and we have a nobody as a manager who is unproven in a decent league and who went backwards last season at Feyenoord.
