Ingredients:
1/2 kg Sugar
1/6 kg Peanuts
1 kg Ripe Saba Banana
1 can Condensed Milk
1 cup Cassava Starch
Pinch of Salt
Water
Recipe:

1. Peel bananas. Boil until the water becomes syrup. Set aside until cool.
2. Mush bananas up to desired consistency
Peanuts
1. Roast peanuts in low heat until slightly charred. Set aside until cool.
2. Peel peanuts.
2. Put roasted peanuts in a food processor to grind. Or use a mortar and pestle. (pag wala parin pwedeng bote or martilyo, basta ilagay sa plastic yung mani)
Ice Candy Mixture
1. Boil water in a large casserole.
2. While boiling, put dissolved cassava starch while stirring continuously.
3. After the cassava starch is cooked, turn off the stove. The white should be gone.
4. Dissolve sugar into the mixture while still hot. Add salt to neutralize the sweetness.
5. Let it cool. Once cooled, add condensed milk.
After all the steps, you can proceed with mixing all the components in an ice candy plastic. Serve chilled.
