Just a couple of simple ingredients and you'll have an amazing healthy dessert. No flour, no butter, no sugar and no eggs. Cheap and healthy food. Suitable for dieters and those who want to lose weight.
Recipe:
Oatmeal - 1 cup (100g)
Apples-2 pcs
Water-2 tbsp.
Walnuts-50 g
Honey-1 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar-1 tsp.
Pinch of salt
Bake in the oven at 190’C /374’F
