PANSIT LECHON
Note: we doubled the recipe in the video
2 tbsps. cooking oil
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 pc. red onion, thinly sliced
4-6 cups stock
2-3 tbsps. soy sauce or oyster sauce
fish sauce, to season
chilimansi, to season
½ head cabbage, thinly sliced
2-3 pcs. carrots, cut into strips
500grams bihon bihon
toasted garlic, toppings

You have elevated the pancit with lechon and you have given the lechon a new partner hindi lang rice . This would be a unique Pilipino gourmet dish to impress the foreign palates. I have to make this dish to show off but I'll give you credit of course as the one who evolved it from regular to spectacular .

Wala ng diet diet, nai-imagine ko ang nakakatakam na amoy, waaah mapapaluto na 💓 "Don't judge the pansit by pansit." 😆 Sarap ng toppings! Ayaw na lagyan ng space, punuan na ng lechon kawali hahaha! Lechon na nilagyan ng pansit. Pansit na nagpapanggap na lechon hahaha! 🤣 Happy cooking at eating 💓😋👍🏻

Hi Chef.. pariho po tayo magluto ng pancit Chef so proud po sa inyo, sa pagshare ng mga Recipe mo po.. Love it sarrrap fave ko Talaga pancit at inuolam ko sa kanin yan.. 😋😋😋😋
