New series with more performance and user-friendliness: Amazone self-propelled Pantera 4504
AMAZONE is starting a new generation of the Pantera self-propelled crop protection sprayer. The new self-propelled field sprayer Pantera 4504 sets the highest standards in precise crop protection and user-friendliness. A modified spray liquid circuit, changes in the control center and increased maintenance friendliness offer significant added value.
With the new Pantera 4504 series, the focus is on both increased area coverage and relief for the driver. The new SmartCenter with the complete control panel is hidden under the cover on the left-hand side of the vehicle. In addition, the 60 liter induction bowl is housed here, which washes in powder and granules quickly with high performance. The positioning of the pressure-stable and liquid fertilizer-resistant 520 l / min AR double piston diaphragm pump on the right-hand side results in a considerable reduction in noise for the user when flushing with a suction capacity of up to 700 l / min and also very good accessibility. The SmartCenter offers the ideal solution for every customer requirement: from the clever and simple Comfort Package with the TwinTerminal 3.0 to the extremely comfortable Comfort Package plus. Instead of the control taps, the TwinTerminal 7.0 with its pressure-sensitive touchscreen makes machine operation much easier. The user just selects the desired function and the syringe adjusts itself fully automatically. The spray liquid tank and rinse water tank are filled to the required level. An automatic cleaning program can be started at the push of a button.
For large area coverage, the new, easily accessible fuel tank holds up to 290 liters and thus offers enough fuel even on long working days. Next to it is the 20 liter DEF tank.
The new AmaDrive 7.0 vehicle terminal has now been integrated into the ergonomic armrest. All machine-specific functions can be clearly displayed and operated intuitively on the 7-inch color display.
The 8-inch AmaTron 4 terminal and the 12.1-inch AmaPad 2 are available for ISOBUS operation. Both terminals have a multi-touch color display. With the practical MiniView, handling is particularly convenient and meets the highest demands on precision farming.
Even with large working widths of 40 m, the ContourControl active boom control and the SwingStop active vibration damping ensure the best boom position. ContourControl can also be angled downwards and thus always precisely maintains the target surface distance. While ContourControl ensures very good vertical boom guidance, SwingStop optimizes the horizontal position, especially with large booms. The hydraulic boom guide, which works very quickly and precisely, allows higher travel speeds during the application. In conjunction with the AmaSelect electrical individual nozzle control, you can achieve the highest level of precision.
