I think my favorite is the tutorial to remove pet hair from carpets, I have a golden retriever and he's a hair machine, I didn't know about the mini pet hair detailer so I'm really thankful about that recommendation, I'll definitely try it out. I used it as a water broom and it cleaned driveway very well. To my advantage I have a SurfaceMaxx pressure washer gun with extensions that made it much easier on me.

I have a video on the Karcher one. That's adjustable, seems more powerful, and also has a dedicated was to inject chemicals. However I was lucky to get one... it's now discontinued. This is a good alternative.

There is a filter inside the quick connect that is easily removable if you have a lower psi pressure washer and need a bit more power. Of course then you run the risk of clogging the jets. Jeffix has a video modifying it.

Hey Pan. Is Ryobi compatible with Karcher K7 Full Controll Plus?

I had a Karcher K5 before and Karchers use proprietary K series bayonnet style adapters. The Ryobi comes with a 1/4 quick connect fitting, which doesn't fit standard Karchers unless you have adapters.

Pan I want to spray my under carriage with a cleaning solution with my Ok 12 Pro. The nozzle is long enough to get the foam underneath the car. I am just wondering what solution I use. I have this Ryobi but would like to get a cleanser on it as well. Thanks

You could use a multi-purpose cleaner like CarPro MultiX diluted 5:1 or 7:1 on the undercarriage. Or any good automotive grade multi-purpose cleaner degreaser. Extra Tough makes a great one too, I reviewed it here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bJl9gbGWxtPRaZ8.html

Pan how often do you clean the undercarriage of your personal car? Of course during winter I would assume you would do it more if temperature permitting. What about spring, fall or summer time?

You could use a pressure washer, but you likely won't be able to reach all the areas underneath. That's where the undercarriage cleaner comes into play.

Hiya Pan! I purchased the Ryobi 1600psi ,1.2gpm electric power washer along with the Trinova foam cannon and was wondering if you recommend buying a 1.1mm orifice for the Cannon? Thanks

I don't swap orifices as I have a top of the line setup and never had the need for more foam... So I can't answer that question. Try it as is first, adjust your dilution ratios, and see what it gives. 1.2gpm isn't that much water output, so don't expect crazy foam like my 2.1gpm Kranzle high end pressure washer.

I use a 4.0 orifice on my Mosmatic gun which is attached to my Kranzle 1122 TST pressure washer.

Pan , I have the Kranzle and MTM cannon just like yours . The foam cannon came with two nozzles (1.1,1.25mm) ,they aren’t marked with numbers though . I used the 1.1 orifice while using a Sun Joe . After I purchased the Kranzle,I swapped the nozzles , not sure why , but the pump tends to go over 1500psi , the foam isn’t that great too. First thing that I thought of is that I possibly replaced the nozzles before I even got my Kranzle,then replacing them again after I got it . Either way they’re not marked so you don’t know which one is which . I mean even if the 1.1mm was still in the foam cannon the foam should be super thick instead of so-so. Any tips or thoughts ? The stock MTM PF22 foam cannon comes with the standard 1.25mm orifice which is the one I use. I only use 1000 psi out of my Kranzle. Many factors play into getting thick rich foam, including: 1) Pressure washer (how many gpm it produces) 2) Foam cannon used and which orifice 3) Type of snow foam used 4) Dilution of the snow foam 5) Hard water vs soft water (deionized, water softener) Etc.

Pan TheOrganizer it’s the Kranzle 1122TST . I was told to run it max without reducing the pump pressure on the switch . The foam cannon is the MTM , the newer one just like yours . I use griots garage surface wash around 3 oz or honeydew snow foam the rest water .Our water here is not as hard .

I typically use 2 oz of snow foam with 18 oz of water for a total solution of 20 oz. What dilution are you using?

Have you tested the pressure with your hand on this? I picked up another brand used it to clean salt on an undercarriage. Next day I checked it still had salt spots. I then tested the pressure and its 4" out but after that it turns into a weak mist. I have a high power pressure washer.

This one serves its purpose quite well and the pressure is great. Unless you have a disgusting truck that went through a rallye, you should be fine.

Tout à fait d'accord. On s'occupe beaucoup de l'esthétique visible mais faut prendre soin aussi du dessous de caisse (ce qui ralenti l'apparition de rouille) surtout après les routes salé de nos hiver. Une petite idée comme ça si l'on peut bien rincer nos dessous de caisse croit tu possible de joindre un système entre l''appreil et l'undercarriage cleaner pour procéder à un nettoyage plus complet ? Une idée à creuser.

Certains nettoyeurs haute pression ont des réservois pour distribuer des produits donc ça serait parfait pour y vaporiser un mélange savonneux et/ou dégraissant.

Pan, do you use soapy water or regular water? In places like where you live and I do, they put salt on the road in winter. I’m not sure if it’s enough just to use regular water.

If you live in the Salt/Rust Belt then you probably rustproof your vehicles, too. Rustproofing is oil based and will wash away with detergents. So, plain water in Winter and soap it up during the other months.

I don’t. German luxury cars specify to not do rustproofing as that could void the rust warranty. Plus I get a new car every three years.

It is also dependent on your pressure washer setup but yes it does the job. Sometimes you might also need an APC to help remove more stubborn salt, but that goes for any undercarriage washer. There is so much water can do.

I like the three nozzles instead of four. Three has more pressure force in the spray while four has more volume but less pressure. It's like putting your thumb over the end of a hose. BUT, the Ryobi doesn't come with wands. They/It are sold separate for another $ 30 or $ 40. So, I'll go with another brand and if I need more pressure then I'll use my gas pressure washer instead of my electric one.

Positive Vibes personally I would do a pass with water first then after do a pass with the soap and then another pass with the water to get the soap off just to get the salt and dirt that’s underneath that didn’t come off with just the first pass of water.

This is good for heavy mud and light dust on a new car, but nothing can really clean the undercarriage of a well driven vehicle, unless you scrub by hand and then using a pressure using 2000psi or more

It will remove the majority of dirt, mud and road salt. But if the undercarriage is really dirty, you can use the soap dispenser from your pressure washer (if yours has that option) to dispense soapy water through the undercarriage cleaner too. Very versatile.
