Built one last year with my son, the tracks were about an inch short, went with some nice resin ones of ebay, only about $13, and they added the correct "sit" to the tracks.

The tracks from Tamiya were a decent fit considering they were not designed for the Panther A, I'll have to check ebay next time I need some tracks.

This is a great starting kit, its cheap, easy to build and ripe for detailing. I did one recently as a cheap, practice mule before I move on to the more expensive kits. Those tracks though! Dont get them anywere near heat or they'll melt quicker than an ice cream in the desert! you can learn a lot from building these old, cheapo kits and if it all goes bandy, it's a £15 loss rather than £30+.

This kit was sold in Japan for 800 yen in the 1970s.

1969 kit! If I have a gripe, the weld lines on the front plate are in the wrong place, otherwise - a nice, cheap practice kit

The parts are common to the motorization kits, shaped more suitable for moveing.
