A day in the life of Japanese Restaurant buyer at Toyosu Fish Market. Tsukiji Fish Market (only Jonai/Inner market) has moved to Toyosu Market. The official opening of Toyosu Fish Market was October 13 2018. I have made Japanese Street Food Guide for Tsukiji Fish Market before. The video is about JOGAI Tsukiji fish market and it is still in the same spot and it's in business. If you are looking for STREET FOOD, I recommend visiting Tsukiji JOGAI fish market, not Toyosu Fish Market. A lot of the restaurants that were in business for a long time at Tsukiji JONAI Market moved so if you are looking for sit-down restaurants then Toyosu is good also.

Naoto : I like the fish market in Seattle the best thought.. its by Starbucks. What he said is true and its called Pike Place Market. Its always full of tourists and residents who are buying grocery. They also has the best clam chowders as well ✌️. Cause I used to live there for 12 years and visit my family from time to time. Worth to try or visit someday. I really enjoy all of your videos. Thank you 😁

Naoto is so chilled, cool dude, would like to meet him someday; maybe have a drink or two and some fresh tuna with nori and rice. I'm half Japanese (thank you, Mom), so I eat Japanese food a lot. Toyosu is huuuuge!! I wasn't surprised by them closing down Tsukiji, place was falling apart and would hate to see anybody get hurt from falling debris. Yeah that second floor, might have to shop there knowing the stuff is going to be real fresh, seeing where the source is right there, ha ha. Not gonna lie though, I'll miss Tsukiji, but life goes on and everything evolves. Oh well. Thanks for the vlog and now I'm going to head out for some sushi for brunch. Arigato.

I got to go through Tsukiji Fish Market and I was served tea by one of the fish sellers. I saw amazing varieties of fish and had a sushi lunch. One place had a tuna outside to show customers how fresh their fish was. So cool! I probably won't visit the new market but, go back to Tsukiji for the street food. Oiishi!
