Reality is that just like a woman that does not have balls, would not know how it feels to have them, and I mean biologically born without them, the same goes for men not knowing how it feels to have a pair of bags on your chest, who aren't overweight, will never know the weight it can impact on their body in general. It's not a man vs woman thing it's just an individual experience people have that are different than others, and unfortunately not everyone was born with a weight off their shoulders. depending on the size of your chest, sometimes determines what you can or can't do as an exercise because gravity. Then there's the willpower to do something that day that is a form of exercising, or if you're a woman with monthly periods that feel bloated and don't have the feeling to do anything that day because cramps come in like a wave and crash you for a few days, resulting in stopping you from having a constant schedule of exercising, like a large list of possibilities exist for reasons why people don't want to go to a gym or take a daily walk every few hours. This is why community is a little important because while you have a bunch of people running around screaming how they have to walk on eggshells around people, the same people are getting annoyed and butthurt because society treats them the same way. Like it's a constant battle for no reason other than to see who was right in the end about fat people. Leaving the conversation to be useless most times and the whole point goes out the window a lot. Heard it my whole life growing up that all you needed to do was use the gymnasiums in the schools and you'd be fine but then you're pressured on how you look because of how other people see you. No matter the gender, it's equally annoying to hear someone tell this to you while also judging you for how you look. This I believe is one of the problems.
