मारवाडी बेसन वाला प्याज का परांठा -Rajasthani special Onion Paratha recipe in Marwadi-Pyaz Paratha
INGREDIENTS :
बेसन वाला प्याज का परांठा
आटा - १ कप
नमक - १/२ + १ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - २ चम्मच
लहसुन - ४ कलियां
जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच
अजवाइन - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
अदरक - १ इन्च
बेसन - १/४ कप
प्याज (बडा आकार) - १, कटा हुआ
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
पुदीना (सूखा) - १ चम्मच

Besan ke Pyaz ka Paratha
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt - ½ + 1 tsp
Edible Oil - 2 table spoon
Garlic - 4 cloves
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ajwain - ½ tsp
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Ginger - 1 inch
Gramflour - ¼ cup
Onion (big size) - 1, chopped
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Mint leaves (dried) - 1 table spoon

Hi aunty... I'm a bengali married into a marwadi family, where my mother in law isn't there to teach me these style of cooking, she has expired... I can't tell you how Your receipies have helped 😊 But I want to tell you one thing that the kind of marwadi language my in-laws speak, is a bit different from what you speak 😅 we're originally from jhunjhunu, Rajasthan
