Iss naye aur anokhe tareeke se agar banaengey Pyaz ka Paratha toh pyaaz ki mithaas aur crunch rahegi barkaraar - aur banega behad hi swaadisht pyaz ka paratha.
Ingredients for this recipe :
आटा - १ कप (१२५ ग्राम)
नमक - १/४ + १ छोटा चम्मच
प्याज - २, मध्यम आकार
हरी मिर्च - १
लहसुन - ४ कलियां
सूखा पुदीना - १ चम्मच
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा (भूनकर पीसा हुआ) - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
सोंफ़ (दरदरी) - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
गरम मसाला - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - १/४ छोटा चम्मच + पकाने अनुसार-

Wheat flour - 1 cup (125 gm)
Salt - ¼ + 1 tsp
Onion - 2, medium size
Green Chilli - 1
Garlic - 4 cloves
Dried Mint leaves - 1 table spoon
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds (roasted & powdered) - ½ tsp
Fennel seeds (ground) - ½ tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Red Chilli powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander seeds powder - ½ tsp
Edible Oil - ¼ tsp + to cook

Ram Ram aunty ji अबार lockdown मैं। एक दिन। मिर्ची बड़ा खावनो मन करियौ लेकिन दुकान सब बन्द ओर घरवाला रसोई बना चुका था तो दुसरे दिन बनाउनो बोलकर ना दे दियो लेकिन मने तो उंण दिन ही खानो थो लेकिन मने चाय बणावण ही नही आवे तो मिर्चीबडा कै बनाऊला लेकिन आपरौ वीडिओ देखीयो मिर्चिबडा खुद बनाया खाया ओर सबको खिलाया ओर आज प्याज रा पराठा भी बनाऊला आप रो बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद्
