If you caught my live last week, you saw me glazing the beads for this project, but I didn’t let you know exactly what I was going to make. Well, here it is! We weren’t planning to head to the beach, but my husband’s race was canceled and so we decided to jump in the car and drive 2 hours to the North Carolina coast for the day. It was a perfect little trip! We spend a few hours on the beach and had a seafood dinner with good friends. This is one of the reasons I love living in North Carolina!
I was wearing the bracelet on the trip and while I didn’t have the beach in mind when I designed it, I realized as I took it off to get in the water that it was the perfect beachy bracelet. Solid enough to stand up to the sun and sand, with beautiful blue and green tones that mimic the colors of the water. And so I called it the Beachy Bracelet!
