They added this for every black chest I'm assuming (I know the one in Hooktail's Castle also has this dialogue), but it's easiest to find out with this chest since the key to it is nigh impossible to miss.

The problem I had with TTYD is that the 60 fps made me dizzy as fuck, so I wasn't really able to play it or watch it, but now I get to see it without getting sick and with top notch commentary on top, I'm so excited

Fun fact about those two misses in that Fire Emblem bit, the GBA Fire Emblem games actually calculate hit RNG a bit oddly. To put it simply, a percent higher than 50 is actually a little more accurate than it says, and any number lower than 50 is less likely to hit than as it says. I think those 91s were more like 96s or something to that effect.

Since they add the dramatic finish for every boss fight and later you get the hammer throw badge, every time I'm about to end a fight I always try throw the hammer at the end, It's makes me laugh every time XD

Ive been wishing to be able to play this game for years. I had a wii but if you look up any ttyd prices… yeah. But the fact they not only brought it to switch BUT TO REMAKE IT?! You can switch soundtracks, they fixed the backtracking in chapter 4, and they even added 2 new bosses and one being in the pit of 100 trials, every character having a unique voice, a coin bonus for beating a boss, a cool slow down flash as a finisher to the boss as well as them not disappearing to make it feel more epic, and insanely improved visuals. Now the original and its animation was amazing… but DAMN THIS LOOKS WAY BETTER

Love your passion for this game KingOfSkill, still killing it with the sound effects when you talk makes your commentary so much more fun to watch! I pray to God if you ever do a pit of 100 trails!! Please do a funny montage or commentary on it, it’s a must!!🙏🏻

Man, it’s fantastic how this remake of Thousand Year Door not only shows respect to the original, but the remake knocks it out of the water with the presentation, the music, the return of fan favorite characters we haven’t seen in literal YEARS, the return of the GOOD battle system of the good old Star Points, BP, FP, PHENOMENAL WRITING, and actually FEELS like an RPG again after years of Sticker Star, Color Splash and to an extent Origami King. Welcome Back Paper Mario…… Welcome Back, we all missed you! (But mostly Brent lol)

As someone who also played the original to death, the 30fps messed me up too. My muscle memory kept trying to superguard everything, but the timing kept messing me up. And I don't usually care if a game is 60 or 30 as long as it runs smoothly, but holy hell, I'm still adjusting, especially with the new animations on certain enemies.
