I hate that chip. I felt nauseous pretty much immeditealy and it hit Jeremy like an hour later. He took it wayyyyy better than I thought he would. Have any of you tried the Paqui One Chip Challenge? Thoughts? And what's the hottest thing you've ever eaten?

Rice milk doesn't offer the same relief as dairy milk. It's the casein in milk that binds to the capsaicin in the pepper and neutralizes it. Water - and rice milk - just make it hotter because they spread the heat without binding it.
