Bir Billing is one of the top paragliding destinations in the world does not come as a surprise. Bir Billing, located in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh, is 175 km from the tourist town of Manali. It is also close to the more famous McLeodganj and Dharamsala, and because of this easy distance, it’s easy for people visiting McLeodganj to quickly make an easy day trip to Bir Billing. Thank you for your kind words; they truly made my day! The name of the home stay was KK Home Stay, and I won't recommend it to anyone. Also, it's managed by the driver bhaiya's nephew, that's why I didn't mention anything about it in the video. If I can suggest you something, book the hotel/home stay in advance and in Bir Road because that's where you can find ATMs and all sorts of shops.

The homestay where I stayed was KK Homestay. It was a very basic one. The behavior of the caretaker who happens to be the nephew of the driver who took me for sightseeing was very good. I paid Rs. 1600 for 2 days for a room in the beginning of December. If you are looking for a luxurious stay, I won't recommend it. But, if you are looking for a budget stay away from the crowd, polite caretaker and a peaceful environment, you can consider it. You also get hot water there.

Yahan main gaya tha December first week me. Yahan jaroor jana aap Bir Billing ja rahe hain toh. Video abruptly end ho gaya hai ek mistake ki wajah se nahi toh aur 1-2 mins. ka video tha. Paani yahan saal bhar rehta hai.

Nahi ji. Uski jarurat nahi padegi. Aap Bir ya Bir Road ke kisi bhi Paragliding Agency/Operator se same day ki booking karwa sakte hain.

Harsh bhai, jo train Pathankot se Joginder Nagar chalti thi na, woh ab nahi chal rahi hai. Aap Bus se Bir aaram se panhoch jayenge. Pathankot se direct bus Bir ke liye milti hai toh acchi baat hai nahi toh, Palampur ya Baijnath aake wahan bus change karke aap Bir panhoch sakte hain.

@harshwardhan7935 Haanji, bus aaram se mil jayegi. Yeh koi issue hai hi nahi. Jyada se jyada aapko ek jagah pe hi bus change karni padegi. Fare Rs. 250 - 300 se jyada nahi hogi.. Bus aapko ordinary milenge. Aur Bir me hotels aapko Rs. 800 - 1000 me mil jayenge. Aap koshish karna Bir Road me rehne ke liye.

For 10-12 photos which would have already been taken by a photographer before you land, you will need to pay additional ₹200. And it's totally optional to take the photos. One may want not to the photos as well.
