Most people will try to get medical exemption because they are scared and will try to lie, but you have a documented case of bell's palsy, which is so exceedingly rare, you absolutely qualify for medical exemption. Now I don't know what state you live in but I live in California, and it may vary by county, in my county Ventura County, for the college I go to you can submit exemption. I got worried because I had vasovagal syncope and considered not getting the second shot, but I found out that I had no chance like a fart in the wind of getting away with not getting the shot. I got the second one and thankfully nothing bad happened at all. But your case is very very serious, I wold do A LOT of research and would get more than one medical opinion......also I would not get that second shot if I were you. I mean maybe you can get AstraZeneca or something different, but I would not get the same shot u got paralyzed from. Was it Pfizer ?

What happened i have seizures and I took the vaccine but something went wrong on the second dose. That night I got it in April I suddenly started wheezing badly like asthma and I have inhalers and although they kind of helped its bad again and I'm wheezing basically every day ever since I got it.
