Pares Tendon Homemade (HANGOVER FOOD)

INGREDIENTS:
1kg Beef Kamto
2kg Beef Tendon
2bulb Garlic
3pcs Onion
30g Ginger
2pc Cinnamon Sticks
5-6pcs Star anise
30g Brown Sugar
35ml Soy Sauce
Slurry (Cornstarch + Water)
Sliced Green Onions for garnish
Enough water to cover the meat
*Simmer it for 3-4 hours or until the tendon is tender

Dapat pagluluto Ng Baka Lalot litid palambutin 5 mins. Unang kulo tapon. Hugas Karne at kaldero pra tanggal ang impurities. Saka laga ulet final. Para malinis..wala man lng linis linis andume Ng pgkaluto sayang. Gara;🤣
