Looks amazing, but I am confused on the chili part. 100g Red Chili, and 1cup Dry Chili. Aren't they the same and I thought that was what we were doing when chopping the red chilis. Is one something that is store bought? I was following along really well until 1 cup of red chili was thrown in but didn't see the source!
