Wow, thank you! Appreciate it! These are a lot of fun and interesting for me to do as well since I go through the fragrances, re-discover the scents and their qualities, and compare a lot of nuances, qualities, etc. Even though I know the scents, I almost always come out of a comparison having discovered something new or get reminded of something in the scent that I like, dislike, or whatever 😊 Thanks again, appreciate the feedback!

I received my decants yesterday and was able to try them both. Greenly it the absolute winner of the two. Just like Rotten R said, the Apple note is very unique and overall greenly is very bright and easy to wear. Sedley was not as bright and more musky, something I’d probably wear in the fall.

👊 I guess I'll have to try Sedley, I am loving Greenley I catch myself saying Whoa! it's Amazing! That's with a tiny dot shared between wrists, I couldn't imagine a full spray of this.

Great video; I enjoy both but I'm in the minority on this one. I actually enjoy Greenley a little more. I think because I don't have anything quite like it and it's so hard to find fragrances that blend greenness without being too sweet. It has a great balance and it's just so fresh and uplifting. To be honest though, they're both great...I could wear either of them and have a big, fat smile on my face! lol

That last part is SO TRUE for me as well. I have a BIG smile on my face whenever I wear either of them. Both are so nice and very much FEEL GOOD scents in the freshest way possible. 😊 A vote for Greenley it is! 😊

I’m interested in Greenley. I own Sedley. I’m a fan of Parfums de Marly. I own Herrod, Layton, Carlisle, Sedley and Percival. Sedley is refreshing in the summer heat.

Here's my review of Greenley: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qdedgKRemrWbkXk.html It's a great scent, I just wish it would have been amped up in different ways. I constantly feel the need to top it up. Not just performance-wise but also because I love the way the apple comes across in the opening.. 😊

My man"" Do yourself a huge Favor and go to Alexandria fragrances and grab a 100ml bottle of Grern envy it's a clone of Greenldy it's very good and it outperforms the Parfums de marly by a few hours...I own all the Top Parfums de marly and love them But for the money the freshies from them should be better for this price but I've tested them with the clones and Alexandria did a great job cloning it....Check it out...👍🏻good luck.

Greenly is very fresh for hot weather. I wear Sedley a lot and it's very versatile, hot /warm days bit also cooler days and evening. Sedley also generates a lot of compliments, whether in my office, in shops or going out in the evening.

Interesting comparison.. To me L'homme is this big (but soft) dose of powdery iris, whereas Sedley is not powdery, with no focus on iris and more nuanced. Don't really feel any soapiness in Sedley either😊 to my nose, Quite different both scent and vibe wise.. Both are great scents though, but I do prefer Sedley 👌

I've been revisiting my sample of Greenley today, having dismissed it previously as being rather generic. I'm now very pleasantly surprised, so much so, that I'm considering a full purchase. It's definitely on par with Sedley. You had asked for alternative scents with a green apple note, and immediately I thought of Brioni EDP Intense. It's deeper and richer than Sedley but the green apple is still easily detectable. Have you tried it?

What?! You dismissed Greenley as generic? 👀 noo..... 😉 I still have not found the scent of apple done in the fab way it's done in Greenley. A crisp and fresh scent with apple and something musky that's gorgeous. 🤩 I've had several subscribers recommend the brioni you mentioned but I keep forgetting about it. Very curious on it! I don't expect it to be anything like these 2 with the oud it has 😊 How would you rate the Brioni from 1-10? Think I would like it?

@@rottenrebels I got a sample of Greenley with another purchase about 10 months ago, sprayed it, dismissed it, then put the sample in a drawer. So with my mind on Spring, I thought, let's give it another go today. The upshot is that it will be purchased soon. You wouldn't be disappointed with Brioni EDP Intense. I'd give it a solid 8 or 8.5 out of 10. It's more of a sophisticated Greenley for the evening. The oud isn't overly present. The green apple is toned down but mixed with patchouli and vanilla. I love it. Oh and I finally got Gisada Ambassador and I'm very happy with it. I also picked up M. Micallef Desir Toxic and it's another great investment.

I use fresh fragrances all year round whenever I want a fresh vibe. Never wrong with a fresh scent, regardless of weather. With that said, there's always summer or spring somewhere in the world. ☀️⛱️

Sedley has something slightly annoying in it to me sometimes, but on initial impressions Sedley smelled way better. Greenly smelled kinda off to me at 1st but now its like I want to keep spraying myself with Greenley when I don't want to do that with Sedley.

I love greenley it was my second pdm fragrence buy its very unique and the green apple is to die for if you love green apples this is the one for you sedley I feel like smells like other designer fragrances but when it comes to greenley I've never smelled anything like it

Greenley or Galloway? I have the power houses of Carisle, Herod, Layton and Percival, i wanna get something light and fresh, I tried Sedley it smells like a ysl intense but not intense 😅😂, greenley smells like Lacoste L12 Blanc but its not synthetic smelling but it smells like that green apple i smell in greenley which smells fantastic. The down side for me is certain citrus frags dont work on me, I tried every method, just doesnt work. So im stuck between Greenly and Galloway

It's a debate I've been having personally... which PDM freshie do I like. I've picked up samples of Galloway, Percival, Sedley and now I have a Greenley sample on the way. I like Percival over Sedley. Sedley dries down into a lavender soapy scent to me which I'm not sure suits me personally. Galloway I just don't like the citrus notes for some reason from start to finish. I'm looking forward to Greenley coming but I have a feeling I'm going to rest on Percival as a spring/summer scent.

I've tried samples of both and your right I'd choose Sedley over Greenley, but in saying that I don't have a bottle of either, I do have a bottle of Percival, I don't know what it is about Percival that makes it stand out above the other freshies, but for me, it's amazing.

For me, in terms of compliment getters its like this: Herod, Pegasus Exclusif, Carlisle. Which I personally think is the sexiest is pretty much in that order as well 😊 Herod is part of my "fragrances for life" collection: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ldp4nM9_msrWd3U.html so yeah.. CRAZY ADDICTED TO IT. 😉 Is it correct that the mean annual temperature over there is sort of around 26 and humid? I've worn "heavier" and deeper scents in warmer weather and have no issue with it, but that's one thing to keep in mind of course since all these 3 are in that sort of direction. If you want a warmer, deeper and richer kind of scent then all of these fit the bill. If you enjoy sweet tobacco then Herod it is.. If you would prefer a woody scent with a VERY prominent dose of vanilla and almond that's a bit powdery then Pegasus Exclusif it is.. Carlisle is also woody with vanilla but it's (at least to me) less sweet than the other two with a very different vibe. In the end, Go for the one that makes YOU feel the best 🤩

Hi! Sedley is not a skin scent on me. Nor is Greenley. I know some get great performance out of Greenley but on me it's definitely not on the same level as Sedley. Greenley lasts quite long, but with an average kind of projection so I suggest overspraying if one wants others to be able to pick up on it. Both are definitely office friendly mass appealing fresh scents.

Love them both but greenley on my skin does not perform well at all its very light does not push after 2 hours on my skin! sedley its amazing however I do not like the opening of sedley I don't like the mint in the opening but the drydown on my skin is so so good! like really good and its strong and projects for hours on my skin!! overall I would pick sedley! especially for summer!

Why they keep saying Sedley is Fresh? Sedley is not a Gym fragrance, is more to go out for something serious, to me Greenley is the meaning of fresh. But Sedley is not bright has a lot of dark. Even with a suit you can wear Sedley

Burberry Hero EDT smells very similar to Sedley... But both of them have terrible performance :( and it really hurts the wallet for the Sedley...

Hi! Thanks for sharing! To my nose they are different 😊 I do like both A LOT and I think Hero EDT is quite underrated.. Hero EDT's performance is not good, I talk about it in my review of it, but I still like the scent so much. Sedley is solid though. Not beast mode but not bad (at least on my skin.)

Both are wicked! I do love Percival more though. Different scents and Greenley is very much focused on that apple so make sure you enjoy that 😊 If you like what PDM is doing then Galloway is also a nice one that's quite unique. Tried it?

I don’t recommend percival these new batches aren’t it. Sadly PDM has lost its respect and reputable touch it once had.
