ये फिल्म आई तब मैं 5 या 6 साल का था। उस समय देखी थी। उसके बाद कुछ साल पहले TV में देखी थी तो पुरानी याद ताजा हो गई। पंचम दा की धुनों का जादू याद रहेगा। फिल्म निर्देशन तो लाजवाब था।

What a class movie. Gulzar the writing maestro. The acting of emotions captured beautifully between Pran, Jeetendra and Jaya Bachchan (Bhaduri then) makes the movie stand apart. This is the 19th time I am watching this over and over again. Can't stop watching it.......

If we want to change this world, start with the kids. Teach them love and kindness. There's so much enthusiasm in the cast that it takes us back to the past experiences when life was simple and relaxing. Music is awesome... this movie reminds me of the 1965 American musical film "Sound of Music"
