That park in the beginning of the video used to have an old replica of a pioneer era fort. But that park was right near the original site that the first settlers of Provo encamped at.

wonder if training less in carbon would have positive effect on achilles for Clayton. Carbon plated studies have shown increase strain on lower calf and achilles from coaches/physios i have listened too. Maybe rip it in the superblasts for this type of workout. still a speedy shoe.

Looks like you guys were on some harder surface for a lot of your runs. Is that usual for your training or do you attempt to get on soft surface often?

Your right. I'm a road runner. I don't seek out dirt, but about 10 miles a week are on dirt depending on my running routes. Occasionally we will do some threshold work on grass once every couple of weeks.
