Quand les chantiers seront en retard que Paris sera bloqué par les manifs et les grèves et que les touristes se feront gazés/matraqués par des flics en roue libre, d'un coup ça fera moins propre... Macron et sa politique vont transformer ces JO en fiasco.

Cette communication d'une nullité accablante. Entre le logo immonde de salon de coiffure (et tout le story telling en carton autour de celui-ci), la réalisation des motifs "à peine forcé". Hihi on va prendre un tag de coeur sur le mur, comme référence. Toutes ces petites pirouettes pour justifier la réalisation / inspiration risible. Le logo de la candidature était largement au dessus de ce nouveau. Sans parler des montages photos complètement raté et les incrustations, ce n'est clairement pas digne d'une présentation officiel. Un travail d'étudiant en design / graphisme / archi fait mieux à lui tout seul en projet de fin d'études. La réalisation des pictogrammes illisible et confuse, bonne chance aux personnes qui prendront plus de temps à les décrypter qu'à trouver le chemin pour se rendre à l'épreuve. On touche presque à l'amateurisme. Mais le plus triste là dedans, c'est que du temps a été passé à réaliser tout ça. Les décisionnaires derrière tout ça non clairement aucune connaissance en matière de design. On en devient la risée mondiale, faut voir les réactions que l'on peut voir / lire partout dans le monde. D'ailleurs cela touche même d'autres niveau, même la polémique sur la mascotte (très moche au passage, ne parlera qu'à très peu de gens) qui au départ était fabriquée entièrement en chine. Sincèrement c'est une honte, pour un évènement pareil, que d'aboutir sur ce type de résultat. A force d'avoir voulu aller à contre courant, on a fini par se noyer.

That's quite a statement, I wonder if you could have done better yourself. The execution on the Olympics currently in full swing is quite nice in my humble opinion. The Marianne logo, on the other hand... I'm a bit disappointed with that. Once you see Mary J Blige you can't see anything else.

@@MartijnvandeLaar imagine telling me if i could have been done better by myself when we're talking about Olympics games, a huge event with a lot of budget, not using professionnal agency, and just giving the project to a freelancer. Are you serious ? So let's me get things straight, i'm talking about this video presentation only but : - Until now, i think the main logo is poorly design and suck. As you said, you call it "Marianne logo" but you're wrong. It was suppose to be an inspiration from "Joséphine Baker" at first. A french / american women who was in the "Résistance" during the WWII. She was a singer / actress, etc. and was known for her short haircut. And I'm not making this up, it was part of the official presentation. Then they adapt their speech to fit the design with the "marianne" reference. But it was based on heir hat called "le bonnet Phrygien" . Anyway, i still think it's a really bad logo. - Then, in this video, don't tell me the photomontages are "good". Look the one at 1:18 min , this is really bad. They can't be serious. Maybe they don't had the time or was in rush but it's still bad. You can't use this in an official presentation. - I'm so glad that the "custom font" is not used everywhere and they prefer to focus on a more classic version of this one for anything related with event, signage and so one. It's way more readable especially for foreigner and feel more "serious". I guess , they realized it ! We're safe. - To finish with a positiv thought, yeah the pattern made is nicer than expected. And it works even better in motion. I love the fact they kept monochrom design for event games and color design for outfit. You should take a look about the making of, of the logo for RIO 2016 and even for the Japan 2020. They were top tier.
