Thank God for your nails!

Those are the biggest marigold flowers I've ever seen! Are they gorgeous! Thank you for doing a video on the Whopper series, Carrie. This is the only video I can find on youtube. Lots of great tips. Yes I'm definitely going to grow these for next spring.

Hi Carrie! I sowed Parks Whopper Mixed in the middle of March, plants are very healthy and sturdy with large dark green foliage. They're in individual 4 inch pots with quality medium and fertilized with each watering, they're looking great! I see your plants have some substantial height, though mine are already budding up at a mere 5 inches tall, I believe this is suppose to be a taller growing variety, but something doesn't seem right that they're soooo short, they're performing much more like the Marvel series that I've grown in the past. No, I don't think these will stretch to be large plants once planted in the ground, seems there could have been a substitution of variety. Are you possibility growing the Whopper MIX of this year's new seed?

Those are beautiful! Since they are hybrids, I know the seeds may not grow true but if you decide to try growing the harvested seeds to see what you get, I think that could be very interesting too.

If you had to choose between Big Duck or Whopper Marigolds, which would you choose?

Hi. My marigolds still look like little seedlings but they are already have buds on them. Is that normal? Should I take them off? Its my first time gardening so I really don’t know what Im doing. Need help😩
