The folks that slay me are the ones that pull up all entitled to a Handicap spot, pull the placard from their long-dead grandma (RIP) from the glove box, hang it from the mirror and waddle in to the store with 4 crotch-goblins in tow. Handicapped my arse. I had a GF that tried that with me once. Pulled up in front of a busy mall and whips out a tag. We didn't stay together long.

It shows that he isn't greedy. The management may have asked him to drop it. Hopefully the car owner learned his lesson. Put your sticker on your license plate, don't keep it in your apartment. Police can spot that easily if you are driving and they come up behind you.

I look to you as an extremely courageous human with an unusual ability to see others point of view. I think you keep the rules simple... Towtrucker is one of the best at deflecting angry tow list folks to the manager... i.e. communicate with the manager “It has nothing to do with me”

Love your integrity on towing. I used to live in Warner Robins. Here in northern virginia towing companies have spotters so they can tow 5 minutes after you leave your car.

Top grade video today The Russian man story was great It could have turned out a whole lot worse! And, this last guy, running around, holding up his drawers, "I got sticker! In Ney York City those illegal tows can get the tow driver arrested for grand theft auto. Many are armed illegally and have turf wars with other tow companies. Johnny you and your company are the real deal and do it the right way. Keep up the awesome job and continue to be who you are.
