That grounds keeper is the type of employee that any company would love to have. Great attitude towards his work . Those guys in the beginning knew straight up what was going on. The hundred bucks isn’t a deterrent for them they’ll just tack that on to the sale. What property needs to do is have you guys blitz the place with every snatch truck and flat bed available. I really applaud your self control. Most of the situations you wind up in I would have blown up and lost my self control. More than likely I would have been fired with in 2 hours of starting the work day

Nice to see the rooster again. Had some good interactions on this one. Happy you got out of the area safely. Always nice to see ones taken to the yard instead of having to be dropped. Especially in this case where they had cars taking up spaces that are desperately needed.

I feel when people take advantage of parking like that, you need to issue parking permits and limit each household on how many cars they can have. A visitor lot with camera and daily notes on which cars are parking there would be in order as well.

And that's why I love our urban planning system over the American system. Over here it wouldn't be down to individual private action and the occasional $ 100 'scam garage fine'. It's simple a cease&desist letter, six weeks max, penalty of 2500 a week to a maximum of 25000, after which it all gets towed AND escalated to fines that are much worse if they ignore. They don't pay, you can even have them incarcerated in prison to force them to pay up OR 'serve' the fines at a rate of 50 a day. 😆 Recurring theme: Nobody who went up against zoning enforcement ever won. Short of fleeing the country, you don't beat urban planning.

I thought the big guy was trying to bluff and intimidate and only paid when he couldn't. Sometimes you gotta stand up to some folks. And sometimes you gotta use wisdom. If they keep causing to much trouble they might get evicted.

It's always scary when there's multiple people around you trying to keep you from doing your job. Really glad to see there weren't any conflicts. The gentleman picking up trash was amazing. He was glad to have a job so he could care for his family. I wish more people looked at things as he does. Great job, as always. Stay safe, and God bless you and yours.

I wish more cities had a code enforcement setup Constantly at the apt complex here are cars with bad tags or no tags One year the office was informed of 7 different vehicles with multiple flat tires and still took weeks of complaints before they got towed

That was a nice chaise lounge sitting out there. Makes me sad because it made me think about my uncle who passed away a while back. He had a upholstery shop that reupholstered couches. On occasion he would get a furniture maker to build frames for various furniture and upholstery upholstery them and put seat cushions on them. Chaise lounges was one that I remember him doing a few times when I worked for him. R.I.P Uncle Robert aka Uncle Rawdirt.
