There would have to be a law enacted and put into place for that to happen. These impound tow truck drivers do it by the book! If they were supposed to charge a fee to the office for a wrongful tow, I'm pretty sure Johnny would be talking about it in the video.

I think they can require the drop fee. If the property management doesn't want the resident to have to pay it, the property would have to pay it for them. They don't usually do that because it pisses off the property and the towing company doesn't want to lose their contract. So they just give up the car without the fee if the management asks them to, in most cases, to keep their customer happy.

Sounds like they give these people so much time and they don’t make it a priority to keep up the important stuff like not getting towed.

@@TheGauges420 been out of work applying for disability but it's a long process so I had to let the car go to much to get out of impound they gave me 10 days to pick it up before it goes to auction and wanted to much for me to get it out
