Nothing wrong with the impact screwdriver has I've been using mine for four years and never had a problem except it's been used six days a week and is starting to be a bit noisy. But for £19.99 I'm really happy with it . I've seen people use them as an impact wrench and brake the end . It's for screws not sockets

I have to say I have had no issues with the converted versions with the 1/2“ anvil. That said I do not abuse them. Anything that looks like it has no chance to undo I go and get my high torque.
