My favourite chef of all time has to be the one and only James Martin, as I have been a big fan of his from day one. Just love all of his recipes.

Marvellous. I like the tip about opening the oven for two seconds to let the steam out.

Loved every minute. If there were Michelin stars award to interviewers, Parky would have a dozen.

+MyEscopeta I'm American and only found Parkinson a few years ago through you tube. He's one of the best interviewers I've ever seen, on either side of the pond, and I only regret all those interviews I've missed.

+gmaureen you are quite right, there has never been an interviewer to equal Parkinson, (or Parky as he is affectionately known) If you check out Amazon UK you will find many CD's of his fantastic interviews, many of which are famous Americans. Good luck in your search, you will not be disappointed.
