Crispy Chicken Cutlets are super easy to make. Today I'm sharing a delicious chicken recipe that includes garlic, onions, parmesan cheese and buttermilk. In fact, using buttermilk to make fried chicken makes the chicken tender, juicy, and overall tasty. This chicken cutlets recipe is great to make as chicken nuggets. Ingredients:
2 lbs Chicken Breast
1 ½ cups Buttermilk
½ tbsp Onion Powder
½ tbsp Garlic Powder
½ tbsp Dried Basil
½ tbsp Italian or Greek Orégano
2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
1 cup Fresh Parmesan
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Butter

What do you do with the remaining panko crust mix ? The buttermilk marinade? Can you reutilize it anywhere? I just find it so wasteful to just dump the remaining stuff.
