I was thinking it should be very complicated and ever tried it..but your recipe and the way you present made me try. Making the dough without oil first and keep mixing it to form glutin is the trick you shared. Thank you so much for your work. Frnd to get layer u have to apply oil or ghee on the parota after spread it like chapati and then cut it into small small lines . If u don't apply oil all the pieces will stick to each other and u won't get layer. Like if this works
