In this video we will see how to make pizza in tamil. Homemade pizza dough is easy to make, it is a slow but fun process. Freshly baked pizza tastes much better than any store bought pizza. You can use any topping of your choice, I have made a vegetable pizza in this video. I have used a homemade pizza sauce for this recipe.

And for cheese, the best option is fresh mozzarella cheese (for stretchiness) , it will a little hard to find. The next option would be shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Usually pre-shredded cheeses are drier and will take longer to melt. For making mozzarella at home, we need RENNET tablets after curdling the milk, if we make without rennet we will get paneer (which won't be stretchy).

Steffi am from Germany, I tried pizza all over the european countries I never liked it none come to our indian taste, i got fed up and started ur recepie. I bet its ultimate. Now I happily make pizza at home from scratch. People say it really looks professional. Yesterday I tried with spelt flour which is good compared to white flour. It tasted amazing. Nandri. I made this now using cooker. It came out so good. In 'Madras Samayal' we trust✊🏾 Note- Don't use casket. Just close the cooker with a lid. Make sure your stand doesn't have plastic.

1 cup Like warm water 2 tsp sugar 1 & 1/2 tsp yeast. ( mix and keep aside for 5 mins for yeast to activate ) In another bowl , add 2 1/2 cups flour , 1& 1/2 tsp salt and 2 tbspns oil. Add yeast mix and knead well, for around 10-15 mins. Grease the bowl and the dough and keep it to rise for 1-2 hours or more according to weather.

Thank you so much for the recipe. My daughter has been asking for pizza but we stopped eating outside due to Covid. But today, I made this and it turned out so perfect. However, my dough needed a little more water than what you mentioned. Probably the maida quality. Everyone enjoyed. Never thought pizza making would be so easy. Thanks, I made it on the stove. The based did not become crispy at all. But the dough came out well sis. Later, I put it on the tawa. Did I make any mistake, not sure about it. Pls do guide. So far, all the recipes have come out very well. Maybe only this. Thanks a lot. Taste was definitely yum...after lots of trial and error.
