HELP - My MFSF 2020 now crashes at startup. It gets about 75% of initial start. Does anyone have a fix for this. I am running MSFS2020 v1.37.19.0. Thank you.

Thanks man. I love this tornado. Going to try and get some more flights done with it this weekend, and also with the Just Flight F14 Tomcat.

if you know your aircraft weight, outside temperature and altitude pressure, you can calculate your rotation- and flaps-up-speed

+Rob Jolly I feel like you'd also need various data points from the aircraft also; amount of lift/drag, centre gravity, etc

Rob Jolly when you install the tornado you install automatically references on your pc you just have to go to the start menu in the lower left corner and click on just flight and in this folder you search for "Aircraft Manual" and "Operating Data Manual"

The Flaps are since the takeoff definetly overspeeded...🤔😉 Nevertheless, the working thru the checklist was really fast. My first time for the enginestart I needed about 45 minutes in the real simulator... 👍👍👍

Is the cockpit clickable, or are you forced to use the panel pop-ups?

Who wrote the checklist? Lots of oddly timed checks on there. Flaps are set to mid long before it taxis, and canopy closed and locked is done waaaay after engines are running for fire egress

Hope you're never are on a alert crew, the war would be over by the time you completed your check lists lol. Nice video.

Thanks for the kind words man! So the checks I did in this video would be done before the jet is scrambled. It's leaves the Tornado ready for the aircrew to jump in and start the engine. I'm going to put out a video tonight that shows an actual QRA flight!

so as soon as it lands and is in the hanger would the alert crew do the checklists and then its ready for the pilots to just jump in and take off

Imaginary Gaming post servicing and as long as the aircraft is serviceable then essentially yes, the oncoming crew would then set the aircraft up ready to be launched. This is called 'cocking on'.

Hi, I have just got flight tornado for FS2004 but for some reason FS2004 no longer works on my system so i am considering getting FSX will that work using windows 7? is this a special version foir FSX or does the one for FS2004 work ok in FSX? cheers

Wow hope that wasn't quick reaction force to intercept some Russian bears over the North Sea. It looks so dated now. Bin prepared 3d and get DCS , Warthog stick and VR. You won't believe you use to look at a flat screen

It would not be an intercept. The GR4's role was not air intercept. The F3 was the RAF's air defence variant (ADV) of the Tornado (Leuchars, Leeming and Coningsby) until the Typhoon and latterly the F35 entered RAF service.

As I've mentioned a few times..my dad actually flew back seat in F3 QRA from Leuchars and then Coninsgby, so you're preaching to the choir. Just that the F3 was t available to fly

If you haven't solved this yet, when you install this, it also installs a configuration app called 'configuration tool', you need to enable the rear seat in there!
