I wanted to remove the supercharger and the workshop manual said i need to remove the EGR aswell. Holy sh*t is this a pain to do, in the end i removed the supercharger without removing the AGR/Ellbow pipe. You Sir have my deep respect for archieving this. I really hope my AGR never breaks down and i never ever have to put a finger on it lol Thanks for the video!

@@jameschessplayer4638 I bought an endoscope camera and got the smalles hex key i could find and like this i removed the screw under the supercharger. When the endoscope is correctly positioned so you can see the screw head on the display, you have to fiddle the hex key in and turn the screw millimeter by millimeter... The first try will take some time, but i thought its still easier than removing the EGR and elbow. Aftet i removed the Supercharger i cutted a small opening where the screw goes through the supercharger, like that you only have to losen the screw and slide the SC out next time... And installing also means you can insert the screw in the engine block and tighten it 1 or 2 rotation and then slide the Supercharger back in. Then off course you need the endoscope camera again to tighten it down.

By the way those two bolts secure the intake elbow . I used a long extension to go in through each side .

I need some help. I rebuilt my entire car 2003 STR . I just installed the EGR and throttlebody . My problem I don't remember where the hoses were routed ??? I'm lucky that I haven't connected the transmission and I jacked up the back of the motor to give me more clearance to work behind the engine . Any help be great
