This is my second video to help you go on your dream exchange to Japan. In this video I'll be sharing something I believe is extremely important - mental and emotional preparation prior to your exchange in a different country!
I feel like although this area is often overlooked, it's something that is so important in helping you to have the best experience you possibly can while abroad!
