SORRY FOR THE LOW VOLUME, HEADPHONES MAY HELP. Part 2 of How to build your own carpet mill/tread mill. This is a step by step how to with a finished product.
Great way to condition your dog, i dont care why you want him conditioned, and i dont wanna hear any bs about for fighting blah,blah. Like and comment below to let me know how i did.

This is pretty cool, and I appreciate your commentary, but what would be really cool is to see a third video of the treadmill in action. To see your pooch using the treadmill for it's intended purpose. That would be real cool.

Definitely the best instructional video I’ve seen thus far. And one other guy in the comments said about having the middle cross timbers being and little longer than the pvc,too give room for it too spin

Great 2-part video. A lot of super instruction and at a pace that makes it simple to follow. After I make my cat wheel exerciser, I'm going to make one of these for me and my dog. Looks like it should hold me and she's only 50 lbs.!

I got it from lowes. Its a wall panel board, it looks like a big ass white erase board but in a 4x8 sheet. Its where they keep the wall paneling. If you see the ones like in bathrooms with the little white tiles....ur in the right spot. Good luck!

I am excited to begin this project! My dog, Joy, is not to happy to see it coming together. I had a regular People type tread mill that she used, however it was machine operated and I found it difficult to keep a safe speed for her. I will send video when I complete the task. Jim

Thanks for the video it helped a lot but instead of landscape Timber I used 4in. Wheels ...I found at the hardware store put them inside the PVC piping and I use carpet tape for the carpet Had my pup on it but it's going to take some work for him to get used to it do you have a video on how you trained your dog to get used to the mill

There are relatively inexpensive engineered plans available for an adjustable carpet mill that answers questions about the carpet belt and the board from Make & Build Dog Stuff (or look on eBay). The treadmill can be used by both dogs and people...

Here is a tip install skateboard bearing into each end of the roller for a nice easy quiet operation bearings on amazon are about 5 bucks.

I'm not going to read all the comments, but in case it would help anyone moving forward... I'm a perfectionist so those lag bolts have to be seated or I wouldn't rest. A spacer or a a couple washers between the frame & the rollers & you can tighten them lag bolts on down. Lol
