Episode 224 - part 2 Levitating wooden bed, rustic oak, drilling joints, filling losses
The elements of the frame and the headboards of the headboard are glued together and flicked out. All the elements are formatted on a k690s format saw. With the domino cutter df500 festool, I mill the domino peg joints in both the frame and headboard elements. I plan the elements to support the racks on the planer. I drill socket holes for screw fastening with a forester drill. I install supports for frames on the frame elements.

Witam, bardzo podoba mi się cały sprzęt i sposób pracy, czy możesz mi również powiedzieć, ile masz metrów kwadratowych i ile kosztuje odkurzacz Felder taki jak Ty i czy można go zamontować na zewnątrz! Znalazłem ten kanał i szybko się zarejestrowałem. Gratulacje za pracę. Pozdrowienia z Rumunii!

great job, but still one question. When drilling the holes with the Forstner drill (@ roughly 12:00), why do you use the tape for indicating the drilling depth and not the depth stop of your drill stand?

All the ellements have slightly different thickness. Instead of readjusting the zero point on the drill depth stop, he used the method, that makes each drill hole equal.

@@szymonz.7542 - your answer ounds somehow logic, but do you really think that the "tape method" for the drill depth makes a huge difference in precision? If the thickness of all boards is just slightly different I still would have used the depth stop of the drill step. I'm sure that this is still more precise then the tape.

Przy tych obrabiarkach feldera też zwróciłem na to uwagę... Gdyby nie dawała rady to by jej tam pewnie nie było. Ludzie na YT płakali, że słaba a w większości przypadków wiercili tępymi wiertłami na złych obrotach...
