Here we dive into my pressure washer to fix the front seal that is leaking. The pump is a Annovi Reverberi (AR) XMV series Pump (3G25)
OIL SEALS - AR 2787
Bearing - AR 1780490 - (Bearing Trade Number 6304, 52mm O.D., 20mmI.D., and 15mm Thick)
Roller Bearing - AR 1321190 - (HK4516, 52mm O.D., 45mm I.D., and 16mm Thick)

Definitely the red cap is only a shipping cap, it needs a vented cap fitted, because it will pressurise the case if not. Seen lots of videos on these pumps... Great video explains a lot...

This is a great video. I know it’s over a year old but it is great . I’ve sense built three of these they are really easy to do and the seal kits are cheap. Thank you sir for the great work gave you a sub . Be safe brother

Since it is a press fit how did you get the bearings out? I have some water in the oil so I bought the oil seals. Is it possible to get the seals out of the cylinders without pulling the crank and rods out?

I pressed the bearings out but you have to be really careful. If the bearings are good, I'd try using something to hook the seals and pull them out and change just them.

Just adding this while Im' here. Red cap is shipping cap should be replaced with black vented cap. if this was not done it will cause an oil leak. I see a red cap in the video?

Good catch, I thought this had a vented cap because I have seen some red caps vented on other pumps but this one is not. The seals were dry rotted anyway and needed replaced. Makes me wonder what happened to the vented cap. Thanks!

Do you need to take the whole shaft apart to take off and replace front oil seal?

I would say no if you can use something to grab a hold of the seal and pull it out.

Nice job dissasembing the whole thing... !! I just got one same model and will be inspecting it soon.Where did you get the ceramics pistons and the unloader valve from... any chance you still have the part numbers for those..

Thank you! The pistons I got from my uncle, he had some spares. The unloader I got from Toolbarn.com if I remember correct. Piston Kit - AR2544 and I think the unloader I got was AR20890. Good luck!

The pistons I got from my uncle, he had some spares. The unloader and seals I got from Toolbarn.com and McMaster for the bearings. if I remember correct.

I have an annovi rcv3g27 that was working fine. Now I pull the trigger and the motor dies. If pressure is turned down it works fine. Any suggestions

Hmm, sound like either the pressure is to high or maybe not the right nozzle? The nozzles are sized to GPM and PSI, If to small of a nozzle is used, it will build to much pressure and possibly stall.

@@SABsGarage I have changed nothing since I bought 8 or so year's ago. I do adjust the unloader based on what I'm washing but that's it. It has me stumped. The pump looks great. I tore into it after this started and see no issues, pistons are good, seals, etc. Took unloader apart and all seems good. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@@davidhansen8396 Hmm, I'm not sure then. It almost don't sound like a pump issue then. I had one one time that the main jet in carb was slightly plugged and wouldn't let me turn up pressure with out stalling. No load it ran great. I took out the main jet and emulsion tube and cleaned with little wires a brake clean, and it came back to life.
