Spiritual Connections: Why we sometimes can't stop thinking about someone.
You can experience a profound connection with someone, and yet it might not solidify into a relationship. Relationships are when two individual make a conscious agreement to co-create in life. Some connections are for soul growth. They are sparks to remind us we are energetic beings, and energetically connected. The more one resists the flow of growth, desiring relationship permanence, the more one finds themselves in a cycle of confusion and frustration.

Its been a year and a half since I haven't talked to a friend. We were not in a relationship but No matter what I do I always think of her & miss talking to her We were friends for a little over 3 years before we stopped talking I wonder if she thinks of me just a little. But I very much miss her A lot especially on her birthday

Okay someone help me cuz I can't find anything like this anywhere... so I was looking at my now ex and one day we were just making eye contact .. while jus chillen outside then out of nowhere I felt this stretching nice feeling jn my chest and I heard .. like felt spiritually heard my soul meet his soul and they were meeting eachotwher it was supernatural all the way .. and I asked him if he felt anything because he seems to feel uneasy like I did right after it happened .. I asked him to describe 1 thing about the feeling and would describe another part of the feeling .. and he explained part of the feeling that was real af and I basically finished his sentence and he and I were left like ..... wtfffffff xD xD ... was that then ?.?

Depends on the individual. Usually, if it's a profound connection, yes - they do. However, I've seen many people shut down emotionally, which means energetically they shut down to processing any emotion/connection. Doesn't mean the connection isn't there, and not working on them, or impacting them on a subconscious level.
