How to contact Motea customer care? Their customer service sucks and they sent me a wrong plate for my 2017 bmw s1000rr.

Hi bud, can you please offer any advice with this stand? I'm have a total effing nightmare trying to level the bike. I can lift the bike but the front wheel still touches the floor so I need to use the bars to steer the bike when moving the bike around the garage. I've spoken to Motea (Uk importer) but they're not interested in helping me and sent me a link to the ConStands pdf on their website (which is bollox really cos the PDF is already in the box when it arrives)!!

is this not bad for the frame? You are picking it up on only 2 points, too much pressure in one spot

this stand looks really poor quality. do you have any problems with it? are you using it often? and the tube that you put on your bike, the one where you put the stand in, is it a permanent one? thanks!
