Coming soon! I got all the components where i’ll be splitting my db into 2. One for non essential and the other one for essential. Currently finishing off recording my next video where i build a battery stand and add 2 more batteries to my setup.

Hi Excellent video. Very informative. Would like a video showing the 2 cables from the inverter being wired into AC protection box and the db board. Only part of the install not shown was that.

Video on that is in the pipe line. Busy working with an electical engineer on splitting of the db board into Essential and non Essential boards.

Just a note. The new Sunsynks come with a new logger and a new app that you can even remotely adjust the settings. Looks like you got some old stock with the old Solarman logger.

Thanks, already installed and I love the new app. Being able to manage your setting remotely and the faster refresh rate is awesome.

@@DoSomethingEveryday How far are you with the video on splitting the essential & non-essential loads? Getting anxious now 😬Beloved Eskom has failed us all. And there is now a national shortage of solar panels. The demand has gotten so high. How's your savings? Are you able to feed back into the grid? I believe its municipality dependent. BTW, i've gone through all 5 vids. Tx for the detail. The "OOPS" is definitely going to be a timesaver for all that learn from your vids. Really appreciate it

Hi, yes it is a hybrid inverter. Unfortunately I am unsure on the micro inverter compatibility. I’ll have to go and do some more reading. If i find something then I’ll add a comment to this post. 😀

www.inverter-warehouse.co.za I made the purchace in 2021-09-20 below is what I paid then. The inverter was R18 990 and the battery was R16 900

So far all good. No issues. In my next video I’m expanding the battery bank and adding two more batteries.
